6/0 Thread: Probably the most used size thread. 6/0 is really a 70 Denier. It's main use is for small flies #22G #14. It lays flat and is extremely strong. Two or three turns are plenty for fixing materials. 100 yard spool

Fly tying thread

Found this thread by accident at Dicks Sporting. It’s compatible with other tying threads. Works well for my needs.

Wonderful.

The 6/0 tying thread is great for tying smaller sized patterns and lays on nicely to the hook shank with out building up bulk. It is also exceptionally tough for its size.
