6% PA State Sales Tax will be charged on taxable items for all customers who reside within the state of Pennsylvania.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a link to your tracking information. Additionally, you can login to your account 24/7 to review your order history, order status and tracking information.
We stand by everything we sell, so if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order our "no questions asked" return policy has you covered! So...you need to make a return, here's what you'll need to do:
- Login to your Account and navigate to your Orders.
- Click on "Request return" then click "Select a reason" next to the item(s) you would like to return.
- If needed, add a note in the "Note (optional)" section.
- Click "Request Return".
- All items MUST be returned in the condition they were originally received (in original packaging).
- Please make sure to include a copy of your packing slip or invoice with your shipment.
- Please allow 2-6 business days after we receive your item(s) for your return to be processed.
Once your return is complete, you will receive notification that replacement items have been shipped or a refund has been issued.
